Here you can find the configured delivery countries and shipping conditions. Physical goods become available to order when sales are enabled for the respective products. Digital gift cards are already available to buy.

Delivery countries and free shipping

The shipping charge for your delivery address and basket is displayed at checkout before you place the order. Eligibility for free shipping is checked after discounts. Approved merchant accounts may have separate conditions.

Delivery times and availability

Botaniqa and Trendpet products marked “Coming soon” cannot currently be ordered. Specific delivery times will be added before sales are enabled. You can subscribe on the product page for a one-time email when it becomes available.
